The following documents are needed to confirm your Admission

  • Original Transfer certificate from the school last attended.
  • Medical fitness certificate from Hospital.
  • Attested copy of Mark sheet of previous school.
  • Passport size photograph of student.
  • Passport size photograph of each parent and local guardian.
  • Aadhar Card Copy of Student.
  • Bank Passbook Copy of Student. (Not Compulsory)
  • Last year’s Cumulative record ( Sanchaika Nond Patrika ) for 5th to 8th classes.
